1 / How do I schedule an appointment?

4 / Do you accept insurance? 

At this time, we do not accept insurance.  However, many health insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that reimburse 60-100%.  If you have out-of-network benefits that you would like to use to receive reimbursement, we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company upon request. 

2 / How frequently do sessions meet?

Typically, clients start with once a week sessions. Frequency of sessions depends on the need and we can work together to create a schedule that works best for you.

5 / When do I pay and how? 

Payment is due at the time of service. With client consent, an HSA, FSA or credit card can be stored in your secured client portal to be billed following each session.

3 / What can I expect?

We strongly believe in meeting clients where they are at in the moment. We am grateful to be a part of your journey and will work collaboratively with you to build rapport, discuss your goals for counseling and clinically support you in that process.
